Ingredients
- 40 ounces corned beef with spice packet
- 8 small red potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 1 large cabbage
Directions
- Peel and cut the carrots into medium sizes and cut the cabbage into small pieces
- Steam the beef with its spice packet until tender
- Add to the steamed meat, the potatoes and carrots and cook till almost tender. Add cabbage and cook for more 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave to rest
- In a medium bowl, add the vegetables and cover. Add as much broth as you want.
- Slice the meat and serve
