The best brownie recipe ever

Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces of mellow or dark chocolates
  • 1 1/4 cup dutch processed cocoa powder 
  • 1 tbsp espresso powder
  • 1 1/cup unsalted melted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar 
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp kosher salt 
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Grease a rectangular pan with butter

3. Line with a parchment paper and apply butter to the top

4. In a jar, prepare the gnash by:

  • Cut the chocolate bars into small pieces
  • Add the 1/4 cup cocoa powder, espresso powder, melted butter and whisk mildly
  • Set aside 

5. In a small bowl, crack in your eggs but do not whisk 

6. In another bowl, add granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, vanilla extract and kosher salt. Add the eggs bit by bit while mixing. Mix thoroughly till it looks like a thick pancake batter

7. Add the gnash and mix well

8. In a medium bowl,  sift 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of cocoa powder. Fold

9. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and fold

10. Place batter into the greased pan and bake for 20 minutes 

11. Remove pan from the oven and slam on a flat surface to get an even top

12. Sprinkle a little sea salt and place in the oven to bake for 45 minutes 

13. Remove and divide into equal pieces

14. Add your desired toppings

15. Serve with warm milk
