Book Review of Irma’s Daughters by Jennie Linnane

Rating:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐-(5/5)

Irma’s Daughters is an Australian tale about the triumphant hegemony of family, the stability of children, the sovereignty of love, and the lengths people are willing to go to defend and care for those they cherish.

Diversity in characterization is predominant in this book, and every image included in this book has a strong personality. Likewise, the author established perfect characters whose inspirations and relationships were plausible. She does not hold out on the personalities backing Natalie.

Consequently, this book progressed at an exciting pace. With this book, it is very pragmatic to create a mental picture of the scenes. The author’s writing is so crisp and detailed that it is easy to decipher her plot.

This book would leave you wanting more chapters. Its length is ideal, and the thrill of the book assists in making it look very brief. However, I liked that the author kept it simple and straight to the point.

Besides, I would love to read more books by this author. Indeed, Jennie’s impeccable yet informal vernacular has a way of giving her books arousing prose.
