Book Review of Stroll of Reality by Layden Robinson

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐-(5/5)

It would be unfair not to deprive Layden Robinson of his flowers earned in psychological fiction. Stroll of Reality, by Layden Robinson, is the second book I've read from this author, and indeed, he has outdone himself again. This short book comprises stories entwined with intriguing characterization, developed in a dark setting, and reflects relatable themes. Like its name, you walk the walk of reality. You see through the souls of every named character in the individual stories. You explore the prominent themes of substance abuse, loneliness, evil, uncertainty, intensity, uneasiness, and helplessness. Layden is an elucidative wordsmith who masks considerable feelings with words. Stories like; the cruise of a frown, the matrimony, and the mystery inside of me was very satisfying to read. Inevitably, a 5-star rating.
