The best peppered chicken sauce recipe

Ingredients

10 chicken parts 

15-20 red bonnet peppers

10 long bell peppers (Called shombo in Nigeria)

1 green pepper

2 carrots

1 medium-sized onion

1 small cabbage

Seasoning

Salt to taste

Sunflower oil 

Basil leaf

1/4 cup flour (optional)

Directions

1. Blend the red bonnet and long bell peppers.

2. Chop your vegetables(carrot, cabbage, onions and green pepper).

3. In a large bowl,  marinate the chicken with choice seasoning and parboil for 5 minutes. Set the stock aside.

4. Once its cooked, fry the chicken until it is golden brown and Set aside

5. Reduce the quantity of the chicken oil to a bowl and use the remaining for this:

- Fry the onion, blended peppers, carrot, green pepper and cabbage. Stir continuously.

- Add the kitchen stock, basil leaf, seasoning and salt to taste. If you want a thicker sauce, add a little flour

- Add the chicken and leave to simmer for 2 minutes

-Turn off the heat and serve
