A super-tasty coconut rice recipe

Ingredients 
  • Beef/goat meat
  • 3 cups Coconut milk
  • 1 Stock cube
  • 2 large red ball peppers
  • Ground crayfish 
  • 3 cups parboiled rice
  • Shrimps  (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Directions 

  • Season and steam the meat and set meat stock in a separate pot
  • To the meat stock, add coconut milk, stock cubes, pepper, crayfish, salt and desired seasoning. Bring to a boil
  • Add the parboiled rice and place beef/shrimp on top. Cover and cook till water dries up.
  • Turn off the heat and serve
