How to make chin-chin

 Ingredients 

  1. 1 tbsp sugar
  2. 150ml milk
  3. 1kg flour 
  4. 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  7. 2kg margarine 
  8. 3 raw eggs
  9. Oil

Directions

1. Pour the sugar and milk into a bowl and mix thoroughly 

2. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add the margarine and mix thoroughly with your hands until it looks like bread crumbs.

3. Add the eggs and the mixture from step 1 into a bowl. Mix properly till you get a smooth but tough dough. 

4. Dust a flat surface with flour and knead the dough there for a minute. Using a rolling pin, roll the the dough flat and cut into small sizes but of your desired shape.

5. Heat some quantity of oil in a pan and fry the chin chin dough. Stir continously till a golden brown colour is attained.

6 Transfer to a tray and leave to cool completely.

7. Serve with cold drinks or store in an air tight container.
